2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2277 on page 3,
3 line 23, after "waived", by inserting "by the county
4 collector"; and

5 on page 3, by replacing line 25 with the following:
6 "an incorrect address due to a mistake and through no fault of
7 the property owner.".
