1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1866
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1866, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 5, by replacing lines 7 through 10 with "General
5 Fund. On or after July 1, 2023, at the direction of the
6 Department, the Comptroller shall direct and the Treasurer
7 shall transfer the remaining balance of funds collected under
8 this Act from the General Professions Dedicated Fund to the
9 Division of Real Estate General Fund.".
