1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1812
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1812 on page 1,
3 immediately below line 14, by inserting the following:
4     "(c) This Section applies only to books with subject
5 matters relating to:
6         (1) race or ethnicity;
7         (2) sexual orientation or gender identity;
8         (3) religion or faith background;
9         (4) sexual and reproductive health;
10         (5) biographies, autobiographies, or memoirs; or
11         (6) rights and activism."; and

12 on page 1, line 15, by changing "(c)" to "(d)"; and

13 on page 1, line 19, by changing "(d)" to "(e)".
