AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1613




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1613 on page 43, 
3line 20, by replacing "settled" with "resolved"; and


 
4on page 44, line 8, by replacing "settled" with "resolved"; 
5and
 
6on page 44, by replacing lines 18 and 19 with the following:
 
7    "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect October
