1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1570
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1570 on page 12,
3 immediately below line 12, by inserting the following:
4 "After a response to a request for qualifications or a
5 request for proposal has been submitted as provided in this
6 Section, a design-build entity may not replace, remove, or
7 otherwise modify any firm identified as a member of the
8 proposer's team unless authorized to do so by the
9 municipality.".
