AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1402

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1402 on page 4, by replacing lines 17 through 21 with the following:

"the 2-year term of the pilot program. The data collected must also include the number of individuals who survived as a result of the 8-milligram naloxone nasal spray intervention and those who became deceased. The data collected must also include the number of opioid overdose reversals attributed to the administration of the 8-milligram naloxone nasal spray intervention, by county.".
