1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5491
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5491 on page 1,
3 line 11, immediately before the period, by inserting "upon the
4 applicant providing proof of the citation to the Secretary of
5 State"; and

6 on page 1, by replacing lines 12 through 14 with
7 "Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of
8 State must authorize the refund from a fund from which
9 appropriations are made to the Secretary of State for the
10 purpose of refunding registration fees.".
