AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3412

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3412 on page 2, line 2, by replacing "persons employed by," with "persons who are employed by, who are"; and

on page 12, line 5, by deleting "public"; and

on page 12, line 7, after "Code", by inserting "of 2012"; and

on page 12, line 8, by replacing "child" with "student"; and

on page 12, immediately below line 11, by inserting the following:

"This subsection (i) does not modify school disciplinary responses provided under this Section or Section 10-20.14 of this Code that exist before the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 103rd General Assembly or responses to alleged delinquent or criminal conduct set forth in this Code, Article V of the Juvenile Court Act of 1987, or the Criminal Code of 2012."; and

on page 24, line 7, by deleting "public"; and

on page 24, line 9, after "Code", by inserting "of 2012"; and

on page 24, line 10, by replacing "child" with "student"; and

on page 24, immediately below line 13, by inserting the following:
