AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3158

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3158 on page 28, line 24, after "(1)", by inserting "record either manually on a paper log or print a digital report showing that each reduction chamber reached a minimum temperature of 131 degrees Fahrenheit for 72 consecutive hours during the reduction process for each reduction performed and"; and

on page 30, by replacing line 17 with the following:

"(v) temperature readings showing the dates and times each reduction chamber reached 131 degrees Fahrenheit for 72 consecutive hours during the reduction process for each reduction performed; and"; and

on page 30, line 18, by replacing "(v)" with "(vi)"; and

on page 31, line 1, by replacing "<1,000" with "less than 1,000"; and

on page 31, line 3, by replacing "<3" with "less than 3"; and

on page 31, lines 5 through 9, by replacing "=" with "less than or equal to" each time it appears; and

on page 52, line 9, by replacing "2025" with "2026".
