1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2296
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2296 on page 51,
3 line 14, by deleting "regular"; and

4 on page 51, line 15, by replacing "~~registered or certified~~"
5 with "registered or certified"; and

6 on page 51, line 17, after "record", by inserting "or, if in
7 the course of the administrative proceeding the party has
8 previously designated a specific email address at which to
9 accept electronic service for that specific proceeding, by
10 sending a copy by email to an email address on record".
