1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 277
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 277 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 12 through 18 with the following:
4 "privileges. If the person does not appear in court on or
5 before the continued court date, or satisfy the charge without
6 a court appearance if allowed by the Supreme Court Rules, or
7 satisfy the court that the person's appearance in and
8 surrender to the court is impossible for no fault of the
9 person, then the court shall enter an order of failure to
10 appear. The clerk of the court shall notify the Secretary of
11 State, in a form and manner ~~on a report~~ prescribed by the
12 Secretary, of the court's order. ~~The Secretary, when~~
13 ~~notified~~".
