1 SENATE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, During the 100th General Assembly, Senate
3 Resolution 1797 directed the Illinois Criminal Justice
4 Information Authority (ICJIA) to conduct a review of the
5 shared gang database operating in Illinois; and

6     WHEREAS, The ICJIA was to report its findings to the
7 General Assembly by January 9, 2019; and

8     WHEREAS, The ICJIA needs additional time to complete its
9 review; therefore, be it

10     RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL
11 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that the ICJIA shall report
12 its findings as required by Senate Resolution 1797 of the
13 100th General Assembly no later than June 30, 2021; and be it
14 further

15     RESOLVED, That with this extension, the ICJIA shall
16 continue to perform its review as provided under Senate
17 Resolution 1797 of the 100th General Assembly.
