1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2194
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2194 by replacing
3 line 26 on page 7 through line 2 on page 8 with the following:
4 "and not in the child's best interests. The court shall
5 confirm that the Department has discussed adoption, if
6 appropriate, and guardianship with the caregiver prior to
7 changing a goal to guardianship ~~ruled out~~.".
