1    AN ACT concerning local government.

 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3represented in the General Assembly: 

 
4    Section 5. The Public Water District Act is amended by 
5changing Section 3 as follows:
 



6    (70 ILCS 3705/3)  (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 190)



7    Sec. 3. 
All courts in this State shall take judicial 
8notice of the
the
existence of all public water districts 
9organized under this Act.
