    Amends the Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning civil law.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act is
5 amended by changing Section 15-101 as follows:

6     (765 ILCS 1026/15-101)
7     Sec. 15-101. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~
8 Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act. References in this
9 Title 15 (the Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act) to "this
10 Act" mean this Title 15 (the Revised Uniform Unclaimed
11 Property Act).
