AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5474 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5474 on page 39, 
3line 6, by replacing "quarterly" with "monthly quarterly"; and 


 
4on page 39, line 14, by inserting after "voting." the 
5following:
6"The chairperson, at his or her discretion, may convene an 
7electronic meeting of the entire Board.  If the entire Board 
8meets electronically, members
participating electronically 
9shall be deemed present for
purposes of establishing a quorum
