1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5439
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5439 on page 2,
3 line 6, after "highway.", by inserting "A violation of this
4 subsection is an offense against traffic regulations governing
5 the movement of vehicles."; and

6 on page 2, immediately below line 8, by inserting the
7 following:

8 "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
9 2023.".
