1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3928
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3928 on page 3,
3 lines 4 and 5, 6 and 7, 8 and 9, and 11 and 12, by replacing
4 "Director Designee" each time it appears with "the Director's
5 designee"; and

6 by replacing line 26 on page 3 through line 1 on page 4 with
7 the following:

8 "chairperson;
9     (15) one seed producer appointed by the chairperson; and
10     (16) one representative of a statewide outdoor sportsman
11 organization appointed by the chairperson.".
