1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3738
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3738, on page 1, by
3 replacing line 13 through line 14 with the following:

4 "or detention facility of any kind operated by the Department
5 of Juvenile Justice, a county,"; and

6 on page 3, on line 16 through line 17, by replacing "the
7 Attorney General" with "an independent ombudsperson for the
8 Department of Juvenile Justice"; and

9 on page 4, line 5, by replacing "The Attorney General" with "An
10 independent ombudsperson for the Department of Juvenile
11 Justice".
