AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3655

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3655 on page 228, lines 17 and 18 by changing "Office of the Statewide 9-1-1 Administrator, and the following divisions:" to "Division of Statewide 9-1-1,"; and

on page 236, by replacing lines 4 through 6 with the following:

"(5) Exercise the rights, powers, and duties vested in the Illinois State Police by the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act and the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Program Act former Division of State Troopers by Section 17 of the State Police Act."; and

on page 238, line 1, after "testing", by inserting "and training officers on the detection of impaired driving"; and

on page 242, line 21, by changing "Office of the Statewide 9-1-1 Administrator" to "Division of Statewide 9-1-1 Office of the Statewide 9-1-1 Administrator"; and

on page 242, line 23, by changing "Illinois State Police" to "Division of Statewide 9-1-1".
