1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3136
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3136, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
4 No. 2, on page 50, by replacing line 9 through line 22 with the
5 following:
6 "(d) From time to time, the Board shall transfer the
7 remainder of the funds generated by this Act into the
8 Education Assistance Fund, created by Public Act 86-0018, of
9 the State of Illinois."; and

10 on page 81, line 2, by replacing "Section" with "Act"; and

11 on page 85, line 20, by replacing "county" with
12 "municipality".
