1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3136
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3136 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Debt Settlement Consumer Protection Act is
5 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (225 ILCS 429/1)
7     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~Debt
8 Settlement Consumer Protection Act.
