AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3115

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3115 as follows:

on page 8, by replacing lines 15 through 23 with the following:

"(1) the reduction or avoidance of emissions of any air pollutant or greenhouse gas in this State;

(2) the displacement of geologic natural gas with low-carbon fuels; or

(3) the reduction or avoidance of any pollutant that could have an adverse impact on the waters of this State.".
