2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1409, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 2, on page 4, by replacing lines 3 and 4 with the following:
5 "(f-5) "Critical care transport" means transportation
6 which includes the provision ofpre-hospital or inter-hospital
7 emergency care or non-emergency medical services to a
8 critically injured or ill".
