1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 722
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 722 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 3. House Bill 1175 of the 102nd General Assembly
5 is amended, if and only if that bill becomes law, by adding
6 Section 99 as follows:

7     (H.B. 1175, 102nd G.A., Sec. 99 new)
8     Sec. 99. This Act (House Bill 1175 of the 102nd General
9 Assembly) takes effect on the effective date of this
10 amendatory Act of the 102nd General Assembly (House Bill 722
11 of the 102nd General Assembly).

12     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
13 becoming law.".
