AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 353

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 353 on page 5, by replacing line 6 with the following:

"the COVID-19 public health emergency shall be considered ongoing until the expiration or rescission of the final Executive Order declaring a public health emergency related to COVID-19. For purposes of this paragraph, essential workers are those workers working in industries outlined in Executive".
