1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE RESOLUTION 259
2 AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend Senate Resolution 259 on page 2,
3 by replacing lines 7 through 12 with the following:

4 "RESOLVED, That the Task Force shall be comprised of 15
5 members, 8 appointed by the Senate President, of which one
6 shall be selected by the President to serve as chair, and 7
7 appointed by the Senate Minority Leader, of which one shall be
8 selected by the Minority Leader to serve as vice chair; members
9 of the Task Force shall include individuals from firms
10 representing DBEs, MBEs, WBEs, and prime contractors; the
11 members shall serve without compensation; and be it further".
