| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Vincente Juarez of Oswego, who passed | 4 | | away on February 15, 2019; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Vincente Juarez was born in Juarez, Mexico to | 6 | | Genoveva Martinez and Pablo Juarez on May 5, 1964; he married | 7 | | Leticia Lupercio in Geneva in 1981; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Vincente Juarez was a stockroom attendant and | 9 | | forklift operator; he joined Henry Pratt in 2006 and worked as | 10 | | a member of the shipping and warehouse team; and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Vincente Juarez had a passion for working on cars | 12 | | with his sons and had a soft spot for a particular 1969 Chevy | 13 | | Impala; he could always be heard shouting out loud "Ay Mija" | 14 | | anytime the weather took a turn for the worst; he will be | 15 | | remembered as a hard-working and funny man who always took care | 16 | | of his tight-knit family; and
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Vincente Juarez was preceded in death by his | 18 | | father, Pablo Juarez and his brother, Mike Juarez; and
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Vincente Juarez is survived by his wife of 38 | 20 | | years, Leticia; his children, Adrian, Diana, and Christian |

| 5 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL | 6 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | 7 | | Vincente Juarez and extend our sincere condolences to his | 8 | | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | 9 | | further
