AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2561

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2561 on page 1, line 16, after "telehealth.", by inserting ""Originating site" includes only the sites described in 42 U.S.C. 1395m(m)(4)(C)(ii)."; and

on page 2, line 25, after "service.", by inserting "However, no facility fee shall be paid with respect to the home of an individual other than the home of a health care provider when used as their office for providing health care services.".
