AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2081 on page 2, line 3, after "judgment," by inserting "or"; and

on page 2, by replacing line 4 with "plea of guilty; or"; and

on page 2, line 6, by replacing "trial" with "the convicted person's trial, entry of judgment, or plea of guilty"; and

on page 2, line 7, after "petition" by inserting "under Article 122 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963"; and

on page 2, by replacing lines 13 and 14 with "crime for which he or she was convicted or plead guilty; and"; and

on page 2, by replacing line 18 with "entry of judgment or plea of guilty"; and

on page 2, line 19, by deleting "contendre"; and
