1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2006
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2006 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Regional Transportation Authority Act is
5 amended by changing Section 1.01 as follows:

6     (70 ILCS 3615/1.01)  (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 701.01)
7     Sec. 1.01. Short Title. This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may
8 be cited as the "Regional Transportation Authority Act".
