30 ILCS 500/25-55 rep.
    Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Repeals a Section concerning the purchase of coal and postage stamps. Repeals a Section concerning printed annual reports.

1     AN ACT concerning finance.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     (30 ILCS 500/25-35 rep.)
5     (30 ILCS 500/25-55 rep.)
6     Section 5. The Illinois Procurement Code is amended by
7 repealing Sections 25-35 and 25-55.
