AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1480

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1480, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 2 as follows:

on page 23, line 23, after "pay", by inserting "registration"; and

on page 24, line 3, after "EEO-1", by inserting "for each county in which the business has a facility or employees"; and

on page 24, lines 20 and 21, by deleting ", for each county in which the business has a facility or employees"; and

on page 25, line 3, before "Department", by inserting "United States"; and

on page 26, immediately below line 14, by inserting the following:

"A business that has employees in multiple locations or facilities in Illinois shall submit a single application to the Department regarding all of its operations in Illinois."; and

on page 27, line 12, by deleting "of the Department of Labor"; and

on page 27, lines 20 and 22, by deleting "of Labor" each time it appears; and

on page 28, by replacing line 10 with "Neither the Department nor the Director shall be held liable"; and

on page 28, by deleting lines 13 through 23; and

on page 28, line 24, by replacing "(g)" with "(f)"; and

on page 29, line 10, by replacing "(h)" with "(g)"; and

on page 29, line 13, by replacing "(i)" with "(h)"; and

on page 30, line 10, by replacing "(j)" with "(i)"; and

on page 30, line 17, by replacing "(k)" with "(j)"; and

on page 30, line 25, after "Act", by inserting a period; and

on page 30, line 26, by replacing "(l)" with "(k)"; and

on page 31, line 20, by replacing "(l)" with "(k)".
