1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 241
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 241 by replacing
3 lines 15 through 21 on page 4 with the following:
4 "(g) This Section does not apply to animal testing
5 conducted on an ingredient or cosmetic in its final form if the
6 testing took place prior to the effective date of this
7 amendatory Act of the 101st General Assembly.".
