AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3704

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3704 on page 3, line 1, by replacing "and" with "and"; and

on page 3, by replacing lines 2 through 4 with the following:

"(v) substance abuse services."; and

on page 3, immediately below line 11, by inserting the following:

"(6.5) To develop policies and procedures promoting family engagement and visitation appropriate for juvenile populations.".
