AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3667 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3667 on page 8, by 
3replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following:
4        "3. Provide that at least a 5-day 5 day racing program 
5    shall be conducted
at the State Fair each year, unless an 
6    alternate racing program is requested by the Illinois
