AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3501 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3501 on page 1, line 
310, by deleting "second" each time it appears; and


 
4on page 1, lines 13 through 15, by replacing "hire or appoint 
5an elected or appointed official to a second position in the 
6unit of local government with a salary or hourly wages" with
