1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3147
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3147 on page 1, line
3 15, after the period, by inserting "At least 10 days' notice of
4 a change made in regular meeting dates, times, or locations may
5 also be provided on the website of the public body in addition
6 to providing notice in a newspaper, or in lieu of providing
7 notice in a newspaper if there is no such newspaper of general
8 circulation in the area in which the public body functions.".
