1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2488
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2488 on page 1, by
3 replacing line 23 with the following:
4         "(7) The following members"; and

5 on page 2, lines 11 and 14, by replacing "One" with "one" each
6 time it occurs; and

7 on page 2, line 13, by deleting "and"; and

8 on page 2, line 16, by replacing "residents." with "residents;
9 and"; and

10 on page 2, immediately below line 16, by inserting the
11 following:
12             "(F) at least 2 providers who hold permits to enter
13         into life care contracts under this Act, one of whom
14         shall be a representative of a nonprofit organization

1         exempt from federal income taxes.".
