1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1268
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1268 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by
5 changing Sections 4.30 and 4.32 as follows:

6     (5 ILCS 80/4.30)
7     Sec. 4.30. Acts repealed on January 1, 2020. The following
8 Acts are repealed on January 1, 2020:
9     ~~The Community Association Manager Licensing and~~
10 ~~Disciplinary Act.~~
11     The Illinois Landscape Architecture Act of 1989.
12     The Pharmacy Practice Act.

3     Sec. 4.32. Acts repealed on January 1, 2022. The following
4 Acts are repealed on January 1, 2022:
5     The Boxing and Full-contact Martial Arts Act.
6     The Collateral Recovery Act.
7     The Community Association Manager Licensing and
8 Disciplinary Act.
9     The Detection of Deception Examiners Act.
10     The Home Inspector License Act.
11     The Medical Practice Act of 1987.
12     The Registered Interior Designers Act.
13     The Massage Licensing Act.
14     The Petroleum Equipment Contractors Licensing Act.
15     The Real Estate Appraiser Licensing Act of 2002.
16     The Water Well and Pump Installation Contractor's License
17 Act.

19     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
20 becoming law.".
