AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 909

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 909, on page 9, immediately below line 13, by inserting the following:

""Forensic interview transcription" means a verbatim transcript of a forensic interview for the purpose of translating the interview into another language."; and

on page 10, by replacing line 23 with "forensic interview transcription or electronic recording".
