AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 305

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 305 on page 1, by replacing lines 22 and 23 with the following:

"(b) Public funds may not be expended by a non-home rule municipality for registration fees to attend or participate in a convention or gathering of municipal"; and

on page 2, line 3, by deleting "booths,"; and

on page 2, line 4, by replacing "hospitality suites, or other" with "hospitality suites or other fully-enclosed"; and

on page 2, line 8, after "of", by inserting "non-home rule"; and

on page 2, line 13, after "a", by inserting "non-home rule"; and

on page 2, line 25, by deleting "three-fifths".
