3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, as follows:

5 on page 2, line 8, by replacing "training, education," with
6 "training~~, education~~"; and

7 on page 2, by replacing lines 11 and 12 with "prescribed by the
8 Board. All ~~Notwithstanding any Board rule to the contrary, all~~
9 persons who meet one of the following".
