SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Darin Douglas Rowe of Peoria, who passed away on January 30, 2018; and

WHEREAS, Darin Rowe was born in Champaign to Douglas Glen and Michelle Diane (Kaiser) Rowe on March 23, 1988; he graduated from Glenwood High School in Chatham, where he played hockey and football; and

WHEREAS, Darin Rowe was employed at Hoerr Landscape in Peoria; and

WHEREAS, Darin Rowe volunteered at his neighborhood food pantry; he enjoyed spending time outdoors, hiking, landscaping, and listening to music; he had a big heart and was a loving father to his son; and

WHEREAS, Darin Rowe was preceded in death by his grandfather, William C. Kaiser; his grandmother, Norma Rowe; and his brother, Blake Rowe; and

WHEREAS, Darin Rowe is survived by his parents; his sister, Mindi Rowe; his son, Indigo Rowe; his grandmother, Rosemary Kaiser; his grandfather, Glen (Judy) Rose; and his large extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Darin Douglas Rowe and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Darin Rowe as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
