2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3096 on page 7, by
3 inserting immediately below line 16 the following:

4     "(820 ILCS 405/1900.2 rep.)
5     Section 10. The Unemployment Insurance Act is amended by
6 repealing Section 1900.2.".
