3 with reference to the page and line numbers of House Amendment
4 No. 1, as follows:

5 on page 4, line 3, after "evaluated.", by inserting the
6 following:
7 "Nothing in the evaluation of the faculty may supersede a
8 collective bargaining agreement.".
