AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1351, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 3, on page 6, line 1, after "agents", by inserting "when the agents are acting on the Illinois Student Assistance Commission's behalf"; and

on page 6, line 15, before "nonprofit", by inserting "or"; and

on page 7, line 16, after "Article 5", by inserting "when working on behalf of the servicer"; and

on page 24, line 11, after "agents", by inserting "when the agents are acting on the Illinois Student Assistance Commission's behalf"; and

on page 24, line 25, before "nonprofit", by inserting "or".
