2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5247 as follows:

3 on page 2, immediately below line 5, by inserting the
4 following:
5 ""Registered apprenticeship program" does not include an
6 apprenticeship program related to construction, as defined
7 under the Employee Classification Act.".
