AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4897

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4897 as follows:

on page 22, line 17, after the period, by inserting "If the State Commission provides prior approval, a class 1 brewer may annually transfer up to 930,000 gallons of beer manufactured by that class 1 brewer to the premises of a licensed class 1 brewer wholly owned and operated by the same licensee."; and

on page 23, line 6, after "licensee", by inserting "or the premises of a licensed brew pub wholly owned and operated by the same licensee".
