1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3142
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3142 on page 1, line
3 6, by replacing "this Section" with "this Act"; and

4 on page 5, immediately below line 13, by inserting the
5 following:

6 "Section 30. Civil immunity. Except for wilful or wanton
7 misconduct, no public college shall be civilly liable for
8 admitting an applicant pursuant to the provisions of this
9 Act.".
